The Challenge
Vanbrugh Physio had outgrown its identity. A loyal and growing patient base, an expanding range of specialist services, and a move to a brand new purpose-built clinic in Greenwich meant their existing visual identity and website no longer reflected the quality of care they delivered. Practice Principal Darren Higgins needed a rebrand that would reposition Vanbrugh Physio as a premier physiotherapy clinic in London - professional and trusted, without losing the warmth that made patients recommend them.
The Approach
The project began with a discovery conversation to understand the clinic's values, patient demographic and competitive landscape. The new visual identity was built around a refined colour palette, clean typographic system and a custom logomark designed to work across every touchpoint - from exterior clinic signage to staff uniforms to digital platforms.





The Outcome
The rebrand launched alongside the clinic's move to its new Greenwich premises, applied comprehensively across every patient touchpoint. The new identity positioned Vanbrugh Physio visually on par with the highest-quality clinics in London.
